Annual Sales and Budgeting Meeting Successfully Conducted for Karnataka Team at Ooty
We are pleased to share the successful completion of our Annual Sales and Budgeting Meeting for the Karnataka Team, held from 10th April to 12th April at the beautiful Sterling Elk Hotel, Ooty. The three-day event was a perfect blend of strategic business planning and team engagement activities, aimed at setting a strong foundation for the financial year 2026–27.

Day 1: Sales Review & Budget Planning for FY 2026–27
The first day was dedicated to reviewing the team’s performance during the previous financial year and setting the roadmap for the upcoming year.
Major discussions included:
- Review of annual sales performance and achievements
- Identification of key growth opportunities and improvement areas
- Setting regional sales targets for FY 2026–27
- Finalization of budget allocations for strategic initiatives and departmental requirements
To recognize outstanding efforts and achievements, incentive cheques were distributed to deserving team members, making the session both motivating and rewarding.
Day 2: Team Bonding Through Ooty Sightseeing
Following the productive business session, the team enjoyed a refreshing sightseeing tour across some of Ooty’s most scenic destinations, including:
- Ooty Lake
- Botanical Gardens
- Doddabetta Peak
This leisure outing gave team members the chance to relax, strengthen relationships, and exchange ideas in an informal environment.
Day 3: Cultural Visit to Mysore
On the final day, the team traveled to Mysore for another enriching sightseeing experience. The group visited:
- Mysore Palace
- Chamundi Hill
- Temples
The cultural excursion added a memorable touch to the event and further enhanced team spirit.
